Warranty
Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
All goods sold by Nepean Office Furniture are covered by warranties and consumer guarantees in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (2011) and the Competition and Consumer Act (2010). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Conditions

Warranty is not transferrable. The goods must remain in the name of the original purchaser listed on the invoice for warranty coverage to apply.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

Goods must be returned to Nepean Office Furniture for assessment. If your item cannot be easily returned due to size or installation, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate assessment process.
Inspection of Goods
Consumers are encouraged to check their goods upon delivery or collection.

A consumer is not entitled to a remedy if they had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods before purchase and did not identify defects that should have been noticed.

The level of inspection expected depends on the type of product. For new goods, only general checking would usually be required.

Consumers may still be entitled to a remedy for faults that could not have been found even with a careful inspection.
